Relieve pain from the comfort of home

After you enroll in Sword Thrive, you’ll receive a kit that includes a digital tablet, tablet stand, and a quick guide for getting set up. Your tablet will arrive filled with videos of all your exercises, personally selected for you by your dedicated Physical Therapist (PT). Chat with your PT anytime and access our library or educational resources—all from right within the Sword app.

No two programs are the exact same; your program will be personalized to your health needs as well as your schedule. Our PTs will adjust your program after each session to help you recover effectively, and they will continue to connect with you until you find relief.

There is a one-time fee of $150 for enrolling in the program, and all sessions and care team visits are included for the twelve months following. This fee will be waived if you have met your medical plan deductible for the year. The fee will be re-assessed every twelve months.
