  • What is included in the Sword Thrive program?

    When you become a Sword Thrive member, you’ll receive a kit that includes a tablet and accessories you will need to perform your exercises. Some kits may include wearable sensors. You also get full access to Thrive’s team of experts, a personalized joint and muscle health program, and educational resources within the app.

  • How long do I have to complete my program?

    We personalize your program to your unique needs as well as your schedule. Our team of experts adjust your exercises after each session to help you recover effectively, until you find relief.

  • Does the program cost me anything?

    Sword Thrive is free to you! It is offered as a benefit provided by your employer or health plan. There are no out-of-pocket costs to those who wish to participate.

  • When can I expect to notice results?

    Most Sword Thrive members begin to feel relief from pain and improved mobility within a few weeks. 62% of members report feeling pain free, and our members see up to a 70% reduction in surgery intent¹. We also hear our members report improvements in other lifestyle factors like sleep, alertness, and energy level!
