Getting started is simple. Here's how.

  • What is included in the Sword Thrive program?

    When you become a Sword member, you’ll receive a kit that includes a tablet and accessories you will need to perform your exercises. Some kits may include wearable sensors. You also get full access to your own physical therapist, a personalized therapy program, and educational resources within the app.

  • How long do I have to complete my program?

    No two programs are the exact same; your program will be personalized to your health needs as well as your schedule. Our PTs will adjust your program after each session to help you recover effectively, and they will continue to connect with you until you find relief.

  • Does the program cost me anything?

    Thrive is available at no additional cost to you! It is offered as a benefit provided by your employer or health plan. There are no out-of-pocket costs or expensive co-pays—just relief for those who need it.

  • When can I expect to notice results?
