What is included in the Sword Health program?

When you become a Sword member, you’ll receive a kit that includes a tablet and accessories you will need to perform your exercises. Some kits may include wearable sensors. You also get full access to your own physical therapist, a personalized therapy program, and educational resources within the app.

How long do I have to complete my program?

We personalize your program to your health needs as well as your schedule. Our PTs adjust your therapy after each session to help you recover effectively, and they will continue to connect with you until you find relief.

Does the program cost me anything?

Sword is free to you! It is offered as a benefit provided by your employer or health plan. There are no out-of-pocket costs to those who wish to participate.

When can I expect to notice results?

Most Sword members begin to feel relief from pain and improved mobility within a few weeks. 62% of members report feeling pain free, and our members see up to a 70% reduction in surgery intent.
