I was putting off getting help for years because I didn’t want to go to therapy. Mind just felt easy — like something I could actually start without overthinking it.

Have questions? We’ve got answers.

  • What is Mind?

    Mind is a new approach to mental healthcare delivery. Mind is a daily mental fitness program proven to help members combat stress, build a healthy mindset, and avoid depression and burnout. Mind combines advanced wearable technology with PhD level psychologists to target root causes of emotional distress. Members work closely with a licensed Psychologist to explore clinically-validated activities related to movement, sleep, and mindfulness.

    Using real-time insights and biometric feedback, Mind Specialists continually adjust members' programs and provide targeted interventions to help ensure members are making progress toward their mental health goals. By the end of the 6-12 week program, your people will have mastered new skills, formed healthier daily habits, and -most importantly- they'll feel better.

  • What are Mind sessions like?

    Mind sessions are short, practical moments of support designed to fit into your day. Rather than long appointments, Mind guides you through personalized daily actions - such as movement, breathing, reflection, connection, or sleep routines - based on what you need most at the moment.

    Sessions typically take just 5–15 minutes and can be done whenever it works for you. Support is always available, and your plan adapts over time as your goals, routines, and needs change.

    Some days may focus on a quick grounding exercise, while others may help you build healthier sleep habits or strengthen meaningful connections. Mind is designed to help you take small, meaningful actions that add up to better mental health over time.

  • What are the main components of the Mind program?

    Mind is built around three core components that work together to support your mental health over time:

    Personalized daily actions
    Members are guided through simple, practical actions—such as movement, breathing, reflection, connection, and sleep routines—tailored to their goals and daily life.

    Always-on support
    Support is available whenever it’s needed, without being limited to scheduled sessions. Members can engage in short, meaningful moments throughout the day, at their own pace.

    Human care, supported by technology
    Care is guided by a PhD-level psychologist and enhanced by technology, including AI and an optional biometric wearable, which adapts the program over time based on each member’s progress.

    Together, these components help members build better mental health through small, consistent actions that fit into real life.

  • Why does Mind use a wearable device?

    The Mind Band is the first wearable specifically designed to measure not just physical health, but emotional health. With the band we are able to gather real-time data on things like movement, sleep, and heart rate as well as environmental data like noise, light, and weather - all key inputs that affect our daily mental health and mood. Mind processes this data to identify trends, common triggers, and patterns specific to each individual's mental wellbeing. Mind's clinical psychologists use this data to create highly personalized care plans for each member.

    It also allows clinicians to continuously adjust care plans throughout the program based on how members are responding and which interventions are most effective. Expert clinicians empowered by Mind Band data is what makes it possible to deliver fully customized, daily mental health treatment.

  • How is Mind different from Traditional Therapy?

    Unlike traditional talk therapy, Mind focuses on practical, actionable habits that empower employees to address their mental health in a stigma-free way. Mind is highly structured, daily, and pro-active, no guess work or delays between sessions.

    The program is personalized to each member and adjusted in real-time based on data from how members are responding - something impossible with traditional therapy. This approach allows Mind members to make significant improvements in 6-12 weeks that otherwise may have taken months or years. Mental fitness is about less talk, and more action.

  • Who is Mind for?

    • Employees experiencing anxiety, stress, or low mood;
    • Employees who haven't found satisfactory results from traditional psychotherapy or medication;
    • Employees uninterested in co-payment for ongoing talk therapy;
    • Employees hesitant to pursue traditional psychotherapy due to perceived stigma;
    • Employees and dependents who are 18+ may be eligible for Mind.
