Your therapy is billed in 30-minute blocks . When you complete your first 30 minutes, you’re charged for one 30-minute block. The remaining 10 minutes will carry over and count toward the next 30-minute block. You’re charged for another block only after you complete an additional full 30 minutes. If you reach 15 minutes or more beyond a completed block, and don’t use those minutes within 2 weeks, they’re charged as the next 30-minute block.

You pay only for the amount of therapy time you do. For example, if you complete three 10-minute sessions, you'll be charged for a single block of 30 minutes of therapy time — not three separate sessions. The only exception is with 1:1 synchronous sessions with a PT — these will count as a full 30-minute block of therapy.
